Following a traffic accident in the United States, 26-year-old Elijah Wilks punched the person he was arguing with and then reached for his gun; it turned out the person in front of him was an off-duty police officer.


Wilks, who lost his life due to the police intervention, had his family claim it was a racist murder after the incident and deny that a gun was drawn.
However, with the emergence of the incident footage, the family was forced to retract their claims.
